From the Tennessee Highway Patrol –
Three people are dead and two were injured following a two-vehicle accident at 3324 Beech Bluff Road at approximately 4:43 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 26.
Justin G. Nerren, 29, the driver of a 2024 Segway Fugleman UTV is deceased, and two children, ages 2- and 3-years-old were in the vehicle with Nerren were fatally injured.
A third passenger, Jordan H. Kinman, 26, was injured.
Shawn Thomas Oakley, 49, the driver of a 2009 Lincoln MKZ was injured in the accident, which remains under investigation.
