From the Jackson-Madison County Health Department –
The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for two more confirmed cases of COVID-19. We now have 167 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.
The most recent cases include:
- 14-year-old female (not hospitalized)
- 52-year-old female (not hospitalized)
Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to these cases and people who had close contact them.
Three Madison County residents are currently hospitalized with COVID-19, one of those patients is on a ventilator.
One hundred fifty-three Madison County residents have recovered from COVID-19 and eight people say they are feeling better.
