From the Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department –
The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for four more confirmed cases of COVID-19. We now have 163 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.
The most recent cases include:
- 24-year-old male (not hospitalized)
- 56-year-old male (not hospitalized)
- 18-year-old female (not hospitalized)
- 12-year-old male (not hospitalized)
Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to people who had contact with these patients.
Four Madison County residents are currently hospitalized with COVID-19, two of those patients are on ventilators.
One hundred thirty-nine Madison County residents have recovered from COVID-19 and six people say they are feeling better.
