The Jackson Beer Board approved permits for one special occasion and two businesses during their monthly meeting at City Hall, Tuesday.

Tracey McKnight was approved for a special occasion permit for an event known as ‘Friends of the Heart,’ to sell, store, and serve on August 2, 2025, at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.

Amanda Johnson, representing Athena-Best Western Plus Jackson LLC, 2443 Christmasville Cove, for selling, storing, and serving beer in a hotel.

Abudlmalek Alnajjar was approved for a business known as Old Hickory Fuel Mart, 644 Old Hickory Boulevard, for selling, storing, and distributing for consumption off the premises.
