Texas Roadhouse Holdings LLC was issued one of five beer permits when the Jackson Beer Board held its March meeting at the City Council Chamber, Tuesday.
Texas Roadhouse, 1203 Vann Drive, scheduled to open Monday, March 11, was approved to sell, store and serve beer on the premises where sold.
The Beer Board also issued permits to –
Peggy Moss on behalf of an organization known as Christian Girls Home of Moron, Haiti, for a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer at a fund raising event to be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, March 16.
Randy S. Hall for a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer at a concert to be held at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, March 28.
Demiana Mekhail Salama for a business known as Hays Food Express, Inc. located at 405 North Hays Avenue, Suite A, for selling, storing and distributing beer for consumption off the premises.
The Beer Permit Board also approved a request from CVS Pharmacy, 1405 North Highland Avenue, to change the name of the store manager on their beer permit application.
