RIPLEY, Tn…Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has been called to investigate a
Wednesday night officer-involved shooting in Ripley Tennessee.

According to authorities, at approximately 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night
Ripley police followed a vehicle in connection with an earlier shooting
incident. The car stopped and three people came out of the vehicle with
guns.

One officer fired wounding one suspect. The others were taken into
custody with injury. The investigation is ongoing.
