Rock N Roll Sushi opens at 2046 Pleasant Plains Extension, Tuesday.
Located between Jackson Energy Authority and Foundation Bank, in The Columns, the restaurant – music is the theme – will occupy 2,409-square-feet, and offer seating for about 98 people.
“We’d like for everyone to come out Tuesday at 11 a.m.,” said Craig Estes, owner, Rock N Roll Sushi, “We’re open Sunday to Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday nights until 10 p.m., come by and check us out.
“We have great lunch specials, and we look forward to meeting you.”
Estes, a software engineer with First Tennessee Bank, owns two Rock N Roll Sushi franchises in the Memphis area – 2886 Wolf Chase Parkway in Bartlett and Germantown.
The first Rock N Roll Sushi opened in Mobile, Alabama in 2010.
The company has restaurants in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Tennessee.
