The Jackson Police Department has confirmed one fatality following an automobile accident involving two vehicles on North Highland Avenue near First Baptist Church earlier Friday.
Both vehicles were upside down.
The JPD also reported the occupants of the second vehicle involved in the accident fled on foot from the scene.
