
JACKSON Tenn (May 29, 2015) – Two suspects are in custody, accused of cashing counterfeit checks.
According to court documents the owner of Royal Liquors reported to Jackson police that, on Feburary 24, two checks totaling $5,954.24 were cashed in his store and thatthe checks were returned from the bank because they were counterfeit.
Police were provided with surveillance photos from store’s security camera showing the two suspects cashing the checks
During a police interview with the suspects, both admitting to cashing the checks, according to court documents.

They remain in custody in the Madison County Jail
